Would you like to join a growing and dedicated organisation looking to improve mental health and wellbeing within the local
community, working in partnership with the NHFT
Our Crisis Cafes provide a warm, safe and calm environment, where anyone can get support, guidance or just a safe place to go to.
Could you support individuals to deescalate crisis and improve mental health and wellbeing, through focused 1:1s and structured
crisis interventions?
The role will involve assessing needs and offering one to one support to service users to enable them to begin the process of
improving their mental health and wellbeing and to providing clarity on other services available in the area.
* 31 days pro rated annual leave per year including public holidays, rising to 33 days after 5 full years of service
* Comprehensive service-specific induction
* On the job training both internal and external
* Company sick pay
* Pension
* Blue Light Card
