This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for property and strong administrative skills to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment. You’ll be instrumental in supporting the team and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for property management functions, including maintaining property records, leases, and tenant information.
- Assist in coordinating property maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors and tenants to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Manage incoming inquiries, ensuring they are handled promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of documentation, such as tenancy agreements, notices, and reports.
- Monitor key deadlines, such as lease renewals and compliance requirements, ensuring timely follow-up and action.
- Process invoices and support financial administration tasks, ensuring records are up to date and accurate.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to the overall organisation and success of the team by maintaining high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
