Are you a business development manager with access to key social housing clients across the North West?
Do you have a real passion for business development within property services?
We are working with a well established, national property services provider that offer all aspects of planned works, which includes social housing and public buildings
They are looking for a business development manager that will unlock the door to further business and grow their market share within the region.
As business development manager, you will;
- Identify and prioritise key customers in the region
- Gather market information and analyse data to collate growth plans
- Provide regular updates on new and existing customers
- Report on market changes and their impact on the region
- Make regular contact with new and existing customers to understand their needs and build lasting relationships
- Contribute to marketing materials and ensure their efficient use
- Provide feedback to managers/directors as to where improvements can be made to best service their customers
As business development manager it is required that you;
- Have an existing regional contact base
- Are knowledgeable about property services and regeneration/development
- Have the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Have excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Are able to demonstrate a track record of business development wins in the industry
As business development manager, you will receive;
- Starting salary of £60,000-£70,000 DOE
- £5,200 car allowance or company vehicle
- Up to 5% annual bonus
- 25 days holiday plus 8 days bank holiday
- Life insurance
