We're seeking a dedicated Security Coordinator to oversee the administrative support for our Field-Based Officers and Security Manager. In this key role, you will act as a liaison between security personnel, colleagues, management, and stakeholders, ensuring compliance with security policies, promoting a safe environment, and supporting profit protection and loss prevention efforts across the estate.
The heart of the role
- Manage, process and resolve internal/external daily enquiries utilising stakeholder portals and enquiry arrangements.
- Collaborate and coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance and upgrading security systems, records, and processes.
- Manage Incident Reporting systems ensuring prompt response, review and resolution to incidents, achieving quality outcomes.
- Fulfil monthly audit requirements.
What makes you tick
- Proven experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential issues in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of data protection and GDPR requirements.
- Efficient problem solver.
- Competent in the use of Microsoft applications such as word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.
