You will be confident speaking on the phone, be pro-active and have experience completing administration tasks, along with a desire to deliver great customer service. You will be working in a team which manages a high volume of transactions and so therefore you must be comfortable working to deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities. You also will be able to build effective working relationships dealing with people at all levels within the business. Essential: Communication: Clear interaction with candidates and stakeholders. Organisation: Managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in documentation and postings. Interpersonal Skills: Building strong relationships with candidates and teams. Time Management: Prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS and Office software. Desirable: HRand or previous onboarding / recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as this role is an opportunity to gain skills and experience in this field of work.
