Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assisting with STEM lessons across various subjects including mathematics, science, and technology
• Supporting teachers with lesson planning, classroom activities, and assessments
• Providing 1:1 or small group support to help students improve academic performance
• Helping students develop problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
• Promoting engagement with STEM subjects and inspiring students to explore these fields
• Collaborating with teachers to create engaging, hands-on lessons that make learning fun
• Assisting in maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting the development of students’ confidence in their abilities to solve STEM challenges

Graduate STEM Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or higher in a STEM-related field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• A strong passion for STEM education and a desire to inspire students
• Previous experience in an educational setting is beneficial, but not essential
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly
• Patience, empathy, and the flexibility to meet diverse student needs
• A proactive attitude with a passion for helping students succeed
• A keen interest in pursuing a future career in teaching or educational support
