Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – What You’ll Be Doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to students with additional needs
• Supporting pupils with a variety of SEN including autism, ADHD, and specific learning difficulties
• Working closely with teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral teams to implement learning plans
• Promoting confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing in pupils
• Engaging with school-wide initiatives that promote compassion, respect, and lifelong learning
• Participating in training and professional development sessions

Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – What We’re Looking For:

• A 2:1 degree or higher (Psychology, Education, or related subject preferred)
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and SEN support
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience
• Experience working with children or young people (including voluntary roles)
• Interest in a long-term career in education, therapy, or child development
