Admin Assistant x2 (Reception) Ty-Gobaith, Cardiff
This role is primarily front of house, based in reception; you will be the first point of contact for all residents and visitors to the centre either via phone calls or in person. The overall purpose of the Administrative Assistant post within a service is to ensure support is given across all administrative functions and to enable the service to operate successfully.
Additional duties of this role will include but not limited to filing, secretarial duties, taking and recording of money received and banking, data inputting and ordering stocks and supplies as required.
