As the Station Staff Officer your main responsibilities will include:
The receipt, distribution, and dispatch of all internal and external mail. This includes Parcel force, and so the job holder will need to be able to lift & carry
Maintain a small postal float of cash and stamps including register for usage
Booking of our shared facilities, including the lecture theatre, conference room and classroom
Maintain the Dog Register and insurance documents
Prepare Part 1 Orders for signature and distribution, as necessary
Carry out other administrative tasks in support of HQ Wyvern Station
(Remote working within this role is something that can be discussed at interview stages or with your future line manager if you are found successful.)
