As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Creative Marketing Technologist to bridge the gap between marketing, technology, and creativity. This role will drive the integration of innovative marketing technologies to enhance customer experiences and support business growth.

Position Overview

The Creative Marketing Technologist will be responsible for leveraging technology to develop and execute creative marketing campaigns, optimise digital tools, and integrate new technologies to enhance marketing performance. The ideal candidate will possess both technical expertise and strong creative skills in videography and photography. You will also be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, working with the marketing team to deliver dynamic marketing materials for various platforms. Travel to shoot on-location may be required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Technology Integration & Innovation:
Identify, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies and automation tools to improve marketing processes and campaigns.

Integrate CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics tools to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.

Lead the development of personalised marketing strategies using technology, ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints.

Manage and optimise the performance of digital tools, ensuring they align with the company’s overall marketing strategy.

Videography & Photography:
Capture high-quality video and photographic content for marketing campaigns, social media, online courses, promotional materials, and other brand assets.

Demonstrate both creative videography and photography skills with the ability to tell compelling stories through visuals.

Edit and enhance visual content, ensuring it meets the company's creative standards and is optimised for different platforms.

Have your own professional video and photography equipment, and be able to demonstrate a portfolio of work detailing previous projects.

Travel to location as required to shoot high-quality content on-site for various campaigns.

Campaign Development & Optimisation:
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design and execute cross-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring they utilise the latest technological advancements and high-quality visuals.

Use data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns, A/B testing, and continuously improve the customer journey.

Develop and manage web and mobile marketing technologies to increase lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.

Drive SEO and SEM strategies through the use of innovative digital tools and platforms.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration:
Work closely with creative and design teams to develop content that is both technologically sophisticated and visually engaging.

Provide technological insights and creative solutions to improve campaign effectiveness and enhance customer interactions.

Develop and maintain a consistent brand experience across all digital touchpoints, ensuring that marketing campaigns align with brand guidelines.

Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing technologies and campaigns using advanced analytics tools.

Provide regular reporting on campaign performance, recommending improvements and optimisations based on data insights.

Continuously track industry trends and competitor technologies, staying ahead of digital marketing innovations.

Person Specification
Proven experience as a Creative Marketing Technologist, Marketing Automation Specialist, or Digital Marketing Technologist.

Demonstrable videography and photography skills, with a portfolio showcasing your best work in both fields.

Strong understanding of marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Friday, Google Analytics).

Expertise in SEO, SEM, and PPC campaign management.

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and photography editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).

Experience with camera equipment, lighting, and sound for professional shoots.

Creative thinker with the ability to merge technology and marketing strategy.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and using data to make marketing decisions.

A flexible, self-motivated, and independent work ethic, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team.

Willingness to travel to location as required to shoot content on-site.

Desirable Experience
Experience with UX/UI design principles and customer experience optimisation.

Familiarity with motion graphics and animation (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate).

Knowledge of web development (e.g., JavaScript, HTML5, CSS) for creating and enhancing user experiences.

Understanding of content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms.
