This part time office administration role requires the successful candidate to assist our busy Office Manager with filing contracts and creating quotes. To answer the telephone and deal with customer queries in a professional and courteous manner, to assist with the implementation of sales administration processes & procedures. We are looking for someone with a range of office skills, knowledge of accounts software and usage is preferred but not mandatory. Some invoice follow up will be required so a confident telephone manner will be essential.
You should be competent in Microsoft Word and Excel. Data input will be a key part of the role so a keen eye for detail, patience and accuracy is a must have attribute for this position.
Knowledge of Adobe and Power Point, CRM Systems and Accountancy Software would be useful but will not be a deal breaker.
We are a small friendly team with a growing customer base, you will want to learn a new industry and apply your existing office skills to ensure our growth and efficiency continues.
