Our team is responsible for ensuring building safety in multi-occupancy dwellings across the city, which includes overseeing 19 high-rise buildings, 7 medium-rise buildings, 5 sheltered blocks and 445 low-rise blocks.
We collaborate closely with the Housing Investment Team, which manages and delivers responsive and cyclical maintenance, specialist compliance works, planned improvement projects, and refurbishment schemes for a stock of 24,000 domestic properties. In addition, we work together with the High-Rise Tenancy and Facilities Management teams.
