Summary

Europcar is looking for Part Time Treasury Analyst

Main duties of the role:

  • Support Ireland Fleet Finance/Treasury Team
  • Assist with external bank and company audits
  • Work closely and develop relationships with the Fleet Controlling and Planning teams.
  • Contribute towards the preparation of daily, 13 week and long term cash forecasting
  • Assist with management of the cash position daily / weekly through the cash flow forecast on both Europcar and Security fleet entities.
  • Work with the Treasury Manager to complete financing drawdowns for the VFA and Securitisation in a timely manner to ensure the Company has the necessary liquidity at all times.
  • Complete month end related treasury tasks including bank reconciliations and Oracle reporting for both Europcar and Security fleet entities.
  • Ensure compliance at all times with fleet funding requirements under the VFA and Securitisation
  • Maintaining and developing key relationships with our banking partners
  • Banking Admin across all platforms
  • Work closely with the Treasury Admin and be able to cover daily tasks (payments, expenses etc)
  • Assist the remarketing and security teams to ensure finance and security markers are removed in a timely manner.
  • SSC business partner offering support to BAARFA and Accounts Payable teams where required.
  • Purchase to pay system support working closely with procurement and operations to ensure suppliers are paid in a timely manner.
  • Adhoc projects as and when required by the Head of Fleet Controlling, Planning & Treasury and UK & Ireland CFO

Key skills and attributes required:

  • Highly proficient with Excel. Experience using Google Workspace
  • Attention to detail and organisational / planning skills are a must
  • Quick learner, flexible and reactive to a changing environment and role over time
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively to meet tight deadlines and maintain a high standard of work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
