Executive Assistant / Office Manager

Location: Hertfordshire (Office-based)
Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 (Pro Rata for Part-Time)
Contract: Permanent, Part-Time (3 days per week) or Full-Time considered

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Manager to join a growing business in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic role for someone looking to support senior leadership while ensuring the smooth running of a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organised, and able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Directors, including diary management, email correspondence, and handling phone calls.
Office Management: Ensure the office operates efficiently, including managing supplies, maintaining office tidiness, and organising material samples.
Customer Service & Sales Support: Handle customer enquiries, assist with complaints, and manage aftercare service. Liaise with estate agents and potential buyers.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and customer data while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Health & Safety Compliance: Assist in evaluating office risks, maintain health & safety records, and book relevant training courses.
Marketing & Brand Support: Assist in monitoring social media, updating the website, organising signage, and supporting marketing initiatives.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• At least 12 months of experience in reception, office management, or a similar role.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and computer literacy skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work independently when required.
• A kind, courteous, and professional manner.
