This role is advertised by Smart Solutions on behalf of our client who is looking for an Administrator for pay of £12.50 per hour in the Brighouse area.
The successful candidate will need to work as part of a team, with a wide variety of daily duties, such as: Call handling - liaising with customers and/or our internal call centres and drivers; Daily debrief of drivers – assisting with confirmation of work plus dealing with any anomalies/issues; Order processing and confirmation plus running and clearing daily reports; Administrative tasks and housekeeping.
Candidate Preferred:
• Knowledge of the local area.
• Exceptional communication skill with the ability to communicate in writing, on a one to one basis and via the phone with all levels including management, team members and internal/external customers.
• Ability to plan, organise and prioritise effectively.
• Experience of working to strict deadlines in a time critical environment.
• A willingness to adapt and develop skill-sets and knowledge which is determined by the role/business.
• Computer literate – comfortable using business software and Microsoft Office Suite (specifically strong knowledge of Excel).
Please note that this role requires at least 1 years minimum Administration experience, preferably in the waste industry.
Hours of work - Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:30
