Your new company
A busy secondary school based in North Birmingham is looking for a School Administrator. The cover is Monday to Friday, term time only, 8am - 4pm. This is a long term role initially until the end of the academic year.
Your new role
The role will entail working in a busy office, dealing with telephone enquiries to the school, making outgoing routine telephone calls, postal duties including receiving, opening and distributing incoming mail and dispatching outgoing mail. Dealing with staff and pupil registers and information relating to free school meals. The role will also include preparation of reports/letters/minutes of a confidential nature.
This is a very busy office and requires someone that can work under pressure.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a high level of communication and IT skills and be able to work quickly under your initiative. You will also have recent satisfactory references for carrying out a similar placement within the last 2 years. You will also need to have an up to date DBS check, the school can't accept any applicants without this.
