Role: Caretaker
Hours of Work: Flexible options for full time or part time up to 37 hours per week
Type of Contract: Permanent, All Year Round
Pay Scale: Grade 10 £25.992 - £27,269 per annum
We are looking to appoint a Caretaker to join our friendly and professional premises team at Patchway Community School. The Caretaker will assist with the upkeep of the school premises and the evening running of our sports facilities, ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety as the first priority.
The successful applicant will have strong DIY skills, a knowledge of health, safety and compliance and/or willingness to learn. Wide ranging duties include opening or closing the building and taking responsibility for site safety and security. They will also have experience in a similar role.
Applications for both full time and part time working will be considered.
Full time shift pattern will be Monday to Thursday 2pm until 10pm and Friday 2pm until 9.30pm.
Flexibility is essential as this post will involve evening shifts and occasional weekends to cover sickness/holiday.
