A new opportunity has arisen at our Nottinghamshire [location]. As the Council's strategic partner, we are bringing together the
wider health and social care systems across Nottinghamshire to deliver and embed a cultural change programme that uses technology
as the first line of response.
Are you our new Strategic and Partnership Contract Manager (TEC) Responsible for the development and execution of Nottinghamshire
TEC service model, . Accountable for delivery TEC programme and operational delivery, you will lead relationships with
commissioning team, and key stakeholders, optimise business processes.
What you’ll be doing
* Deliver change management and operational experience
* Managing and leading in all aspects of the contract including – contract management, Operations, Customer Service functions,
inventory, P&L management, and Resources management.
* Working with central services to develop and execute the tendered model developing strategies and objectives to ensure contract
KPI’s are achieved.
All about you
* You’ll have demonstrable experience in developing and successfully executing strategic and business plans with the ability to
write and develop standard operating procedures.
* You’ll be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance with a close eye for
detail as the role will involve reviewing and approving expenditure, analysing data and preparing reports.
* You’ll possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the demonstrable ability to convey complex
ideas confidently and eloquently in order to work with key influencers and decision makers in the market – NHS Commissioning
bodies, internal senior management and decision makers within Private organisations.
* You’ll have significant experience in the TEC environment, and be able to evidence your achievements in this arena. You will
have a good and strong understanding of the Healthcare Social Care Equipment market.
