Site Coordinator / Driver
Norton Way Mazda are looking for a Site Coordinator / Driver to help and support their busy Sales department, which is busier than
ever.
The main purpose of the role will be to support the sales team in controlling the movement of vehicles between sites and the
compounds. You will liaise with the various departments to ensure vehicles are returned efficiently and are prepared on time. As
well as collect and deliver vehicles as directed.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience
Location: Norton Way Mazda, Norton Way North, Letchworth, Hertfordshire, SG6 1BL
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00
What you can expect from the role:
* Photograph and display all vehicles correctly
* Liaise with preparation team, technicians, Bodyshop and valeters, to ensure vehicles are prepared in time to meet customer lead
time scales
* Collect and deliver cars as directed by the sales department
* To ensure that new cars are displayed in showrooms, with the correct Point of Sale material
* Carry out the Company handover procedure when delivering vehicles
What we need from you:
* A full UK driving licence is essential
* Knowledge of the automotive industry would be beneficial
* The ability to deliver exceptional levels of Customer service
* Have outstanding communication skills, polite, honest and trustworthy
* Strong organiser with the ability to adhere to strict procedures
* Attention to detail
* Excellent time management
