We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager with strong leadership skills to oversee daily business operations, manage staff performance, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate will have a background in office management, finance, and IT administration.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate staff activities, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies to maintain low staff turnover and high employee satisfaction.
Prepare and manage cost reports, budgets, stock records, and asset registers for financial forecasting.
Handle correspondence with government and regulatory agencies, ensuring compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and business regulations.
Oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, serving as the System and Database Administrator.
Identify and bridge gaps in food hygiene, stock management, asset tracking, and CRM systems to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Degree in Management or a related field.
Professional qualifications in cost management and UK business and labour laws.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in a management role, including staff supervision and board representation.
Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in database management and IT infrastructure for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Willingness to relocate to Uttoxeter, Staffordshire, on short notice.
