We’re looking for an energetic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator/ Food Truck Driver.
This is a unique hybrid role ideal for someone who enjoys both office-based tasks and hands-on work in a mobile food business.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Administration:
Process customer orders, invoices, and maintain sales records
Communicate with suppliers and customers
Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking
Support the sales team with reports and data entry
Manage social media accounts and promotional campaigns
Food Truck Operations:
Drive and operate the food truck at various locations and events
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Set up and pack down the food truck and associated equipment
Handle cash and electronic transactions
Requirements:
Valid full UK driver’s license (Class C or equivalent) with a clean driving record
Previous experience in sales admin or customer service preferred
Basic food handling knowledge (training can be provided)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
