Hours per week: 36 Monday - Friday, normal working hours
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3 months

As an Application Support Analyst, you will lead end-to-end system workflow reviews, identifying pain points and key areas for improvement. Working closely with the IT service lead, you’ll design and implement streamlined workflow solutions to enhance efficiency.
Key duties:
Conduct system workflow reviews to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in the Mosaic system.
Collaboration with the IT service leads to design and implementation of optimized workflow solutions.
Provide ongoing support for Mosaic, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Assist with data migration tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient transfer of information.
Deliver training and support to internal teams on Mosaic functionalities and best practices.
Monitor system performance, producing reports to track progress and identify areas for further improvement.
Ensure compliance with data security and regulatory standards during system migration and updates.
Key requirements:
Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in IT, systems
In-depth knowledge of the Mosaic social care system and its applications within local authority settings.
Knowledge of data migration best practices and tools, particularly for complex social care systems like Mosaic.
Strong understanding of system migrations and data transfers, particularly in the context of software upgrades or transitions.
Proven experience in providing application support, particularly within the public sector or social care environments.
Experience with software testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution.
Strong problem-solving skills to address system issues and ensure a seamless user experience.
Ability to analyze complex workflows and system structures, identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling data, configuring systems, and documenting changes.
