Working closely with Product Line Teams, Department Heads, Business Process Owners and external partners, you will analyse, document and improve both current and future business and data management processes. You will be integral in identifying and defining user needs, producing clear and actionable business requirements, and shaping technology-enabled solutions aligned to the College’s wider strategy.

Creating business cases and specifications using data-driven and user-centred design methods.

Mapping out and recommending improvements to business processes, data governance and digital systems.

Developing personas, journey maps and measurable usability criteria to support system and service design.

Evaluating and proposing technology and process change solutions that align with College strategy.

Supporting change programmes that address cultural, technological and organisational transformation.

What We’re Looking For
You’ll be an experienced Business Analyst with a strong grasp of business systems, process improvement, and data analytics. You’ll bring:

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations.

Proven experience in business process analysis and data management.

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

A collaborative, proactive approach and an eye for continuous improvement.

Why Work at the RCA?
At RCA, you’ll be part of a dynamic institution at the cutting edge of creative and technological innovation. We offer a supportive, inclusive environment, hybrid working options, and the opportunity to help shape the future of one of the world’s most prestigious universities.

Apply today and help us design the future.
