We are representing a reputable and established law firm in Newcastle, who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Family Paralegal to join their busy and growing Family Law team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in Family Law to further develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment.

About the Role:

As a Family Paralegal, you will provide vital support to experienced Family Solicitors, assisting with a wide range of family law matters, including:

- Divorce and separation
- Financial settlements
- Child arrangements (custody and access)
- Domestic abuse cases
- Care proceedings

Duties will include:

- Preparation of court bundles and legal documents
- Conducting legal research
- Liaising with clients, courts, and other professionals
- Managing and organising case files
- Assisting with administrative tasks

About You:

- Experience as a Paralegal within a Family Law department.
- Strong understanding of Family Law procedures and legislation.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to clients.
