Location: Remote, with occasional travel to London

We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a SoW Projects Business Manager to join our team! The SoW Projects Business Manager is responsible for delivering end-to-end SOW administration services with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and strong stakeholder management. This role involves working with senior members of the client and suppliers, maintaining a positive attitude under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in procuring, administering, and delivering managed services via SOW.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to ensure accurate delivery of SOW administration services.
  • Monitor team performance against agreed client KPIs and SLAs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and clients, ensuring accurate billing and payments.
  • Train and develop junior team members on company standards, compliance, and processes.
  • Ensure effective communication with the project team and clients.
  • Support client administration of IR35 determinations for single worker Ltd Co workers.
  • Advise clients on SOW structure, outcomes, and milestones.
  • Manage the SOW bid process in Fieldglass and supplier onboarding/evaluation.
  • Review supplier performance against agreed metrics.
  • Ensure all SOW documentation is loaded into the VMS.

Experience:

Experience:

  • Senior-level experience in SOW administration, procurement, or project management within a complex business environment.
  • Proven track record of managing supplier relationships, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations.
  • Experience overseeing large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring on-time and accurate execution.
  • Demonstrated success in leading teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Background in managing compliance with employment regulations, IR35, and procurement policies.
