McGinley are seeking skilled and reliable White Hat PTS Trackmen to join a professional gang working on rail infrastructure projects in the West London area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with relevant experience and a proactive attitude to become part of a well-established team on an ongoing basis.

Requirements:
- TRACK INDUCTION REQUIRED
- SMALL TOOLS TICKET REQUIRED
- Valid PTS (Personal Track Safety) card.
- Previous experience working on rail projects.
- Strong understanding of rail safety procedures.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions effectively.
- Flexibility for night and weekend shifts as required.
