We are representing a well-established and respected law firm in the heart of Teesside, who are seeking a talented and driven Conveyancer to join their expanding teams based in Hartlepool and Sunderland.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated solicitor to handle a diverse and challenging caseload, working alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role:
- Providing expert advice and representation on all aspects of conveyancing
matters; sales, purchase and remortgages.
- Managing own caseload.
- Providing clear and concise advice to clients, both verbally and in writing.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Contributing to the firm's business development activities.
About You:
- Qualified Conveyancing Solicitor or Conveyancer with experience handling own
caseload.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
