Contract Status - Permanant and Temporary

Equipu provides and maintains assistive technologies for vulnerable citizens across six council partners and NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde Valley. Equipu oversees the entire process of providing assistive technologies to service users, including delivery, installation, maintenance, removal and recycling of a comprehensive range of equipment.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Community Equipment Service (Equipu) for the position of Administration Assistant. Based within what is a busy and fast paced operational environment, your main duties and responsibilities will involve the provision of a comprehensive administration service which will include call handling, arranging both the delivery and uplift of community equipment, ordering stock and dealing with general enquiries. To succeed in this role, you should possess good communication and organisational skills, as well as a working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Office packages, however full training and support will be provided as part of the role. We are looking for applicants who are self-motivated and display an enthusiastic attitude to their work with the ability to deliver excellent customer service to the Equipu partners, service users and internal customers.
