Crynodeb

Work with the Defence OSINT Centre to capture the Defence requirement and use-cases for conducting OSINT and develop understanding of changing OSINT best practices, skills and tradecraft that meet these requirements and use-cases.
Develop a strong understanding of the Defence OSINT capability, and the relevant policies and legislation.
Work with the training contractor to oversee the design, delivery and continual development of a modular training programme that provides the analyst with the skills and knowledge to effectively exploit OSINT in a safe and compliant manner.
Manage the training contract, including the payment of invoices and overseeing the process of contract evaluation.
Manage course loading, equipment provision and evaluation.
Manage the trained trainer programme and seek greater integration into military training programmes.
Work with DITG to ensure the training programme is fully compliant with all relevant training policies and the role of Lead Training Provider (LTP) is carried out in accordance with Defence Intelligence Training Assurance Team (DITAT) policies.
Capture the Defence Statement of Training Requirement (SOTR); setting the training timetable based on user demand, overseeing the training content and ensuring it keeps up to date with the changing information environment and advancing Defence OSINT requirements, and ensuring all training is compliant with relevant Defence policy.
Assurance of courses to ensure all courses and changes are JSP822 compliant.
Manage and direct the training delivery contractor and its team members.
Line Management responsibilities.
Regular travel to other UK wide MOD sites required.
