Contract: Fixed term until 31/08/2026 subject to a review of the school's budgetHours: 6.25 per week (Monday – Friday, 12pm – 1.15pm) Term time only (excluding INSETs)Closing Dates for Applications: 14th March 2025 (12 noon)Interview Date: 21st March 2025The RoleWe are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Lunchbreak Supervisor to work 1:1 with a student to ensure the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment during lunchtime.The successful candidate will:✅ Be warm, positive, caring and fully committed to the safety, wellbeing and enjoyment of our children.
✅ Maintain a calm and consistent approach, fostering a nurturing atmosphere for our children.
✅ Work well as part of a team but also able to use your own initiative.
✅ Be enthusiastic and have a positive outlook.
✅ Be fully supportive of the school’s approach to outdoor play and our ‘whatever the weather’ approach.
✅ Have the communication skills necessary to act as a link between the children, the other lunchbreak staff and the rest of the adults working in school.✅ Be prepared to fully participate in training and professional development where applicable to the post.
