YOUR ROLE:
As an Office Assistant, you’ll support daily operations with a mix of administrative and practical tasks, including:
âœ”ï¸ Reception & Clerical Support – Answering calls, managing emails, booking travel, and assisting with expenses.
âœ”ï¸ General Office Support – Helping colleagues with day-to-day tasks to keep everything running efficiently.
âœ”ï¸ Facilities Assistance – Tidying the sample floor, handling courier deliveries, and ensuring waste disposal is managed.
âœ”ï¸ Practical Tasks – Moving office furniture, assembling items, and maintaining an organized workspace.
