The role:
Our client is seeking a Transport Officer to support the planning, coordination and monitoring of passenger transport services within Leicestershire. The role involves liaising with contractors, stakeholders and service users, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and procure transport services
Monitor contracts and ensure compliance
Coordinate inspections and manage data
Support annual reviews of school transport
Assist with training and guidance on equipment
