We are now on the lookout for an HR Officer to join our teams at one of our London Hotels.

We're seeking a dedicated HR Officer to be a key player in one of our vibrant London hotels. You'll enhance team productivity and well-being and manage HR administration with a commitment to our policies and procedures, all within a positive, open, and results-driven environment.

We are looking for a HR Officer who will:

  • Be the Go-To Support: Assist and guide team members on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Drive Success: Assist with the Hotel 90 Day Plan, ensuring targets and projects are met within agreed timescales.
  • Keep Us Informed: Complete the weekly HOD report.
  • Be the HR Hero: Support other hotel business areas when their HR Contact is out of office.
  • Recruit the Best: Support managers in actively recruiting, screening, and following company procedures to attract top talent.
  • Promote Excellence: Pro-actively promote the PPHE Hotel Blueprint, ensuring all activities contribute to a positive working climate.
  • Ensure Fairness: Support HODs in conducting investigation meetings and disciplinary hearings.
  • Collaborate Closely: Work with Payroll and the HR Support Centre to ensure payroll paperwork is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Stay Compliant: Ensure compliance with hotel HR guidelines, policies, procedures, and employment laws.
  • Be Adaptable: Flexibly handle multiple HR tasks with ease.
