A unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join Monmouthshire Housing as the lead for delivering our HR Strategy. You will work closely with our senior management team in developing and implementing effective HR policies and pay & benefits that support our corporate aims.

As an experienced HR leader you will oversee all aspects of our HR services to ensure we recruit, retain and develop professional and competent employees to maintain the high quality of our services.
Requirement: You will need a full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Base: Hybrid working - Office and Home
Hours: 37 per week
