Main point of contact for an exciting and interesting role
£45k per annum - depending on experience
Days Monday to Thursday 8am to 4.30pm and Friday 8am to 2pm (38 hours per week)
Based in the Cannock area - Some travel will be expected
Duties of a Process Lead Engineer
- Responsible for the complete life cycle project management
- Design and develop activities to integrate and mange new and existing EV related projects
- Liaising with engineers and other departments
- Select the appropriate components, materials and place orders and manage lead times
- Deliver projects on time and within budget
- Conduct meetings - deliver information and communicate well
Experience required for a Process Lead Engineer
- Strong background in electrical drive systems, project management and team leadership
- Ideally trained to level 3-4 EV
- Managed projects before
- Mechanical background with an appreciation for safety and compliance
- Experience in managing multiple live projects
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- The lead process engineer will be an integral part of the team
- Assist with the programme and project management plans for internal and customer facing projects
- Manufacturing and engineering background will be an advantage
- EV / HV experience within the automotive sector
