Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Approved Social Worker (ASW) with a minimum of 2 years post-ASYE experience to join our dynamic team in the London Multi-Agency Operational Centre (MOC). In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with various agencies to support vulnerable individuals and families, ensuring they receive the necessary social care services. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals and families to determine their needs
Develop and implement tailored care plans in collaboration with multi-agency teams
Act as a liaison between clients and various social services, ensuring effective communication
Facilitate safeguarding procedures for at-risk individuals in accordance with local policies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development
Engage in community outreach to build networks and support systems for clients in need
Requirements
Qualified social worker with a minimum of 2 years post-ASYE experience
Registered with Social Work England or equivalent professional body
Demonstrated experience in social work practice, particularly in multi-agency settings
Strong knowledge of social care legislation, safeguarding policies, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex cases effectively
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.83
