PRINCIPAL DUTIES & AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY The post holder shall be responsible for the following duties: 1. To work with the CSU Tri-team and SHRBP to create bespoke innovative workforce plans that support the planning, development and implementation of CSU Strategies and the People Priorities. 2. Working with the CSU Tri Team take a lead on planning and co-ordinating all workforce and people priority activities relating to the delivery of the people priority elements of the CSU workforce plans. 3. In collaboration with the CSU Tri Team deliver the workforce element of the CSU workforce plans in accordance with targets and to meet key milestone plans. 4. To be responsible for the communication of key milestones, programme and project plans to the CSU Tri-teams, SHRBP, ensuring that the CSUs and wider clinical and non-clinical teams are kept fully informed of forthcoming milestones and activities. 5. To actively liaise with LTHT Work-stream Leads for the Workforce Strategy of work to include: the Equality and Diversity and Flexible Working Health and wellbeing workstreams. 6. To assist the CSU Tri Team and SHRBP on initiatives to progress the Trusts agreed People Priorities, working collaboratively with both managers and HR colleagues from Corporate Centres of Excellence. 7. To identify and address development needs in relation to people management skills, capacity and capability within the CSUs on behalf of the Tri team and SHRBP. 8. To assist the CSU Tri Team and SHBRP on Trust wide projects and/or programmes of work if required. 9. To assist the CSU Tri Team and SHRBP by facilitating and supporting effective organisational change in respect of behaviours and values, service improvement initiatives, equality and diversity and corporate social responsibility. 10. Develop data and triangulation of metrics to support to assist the CSU/SHRBP in developing appropriate action. 11. Provide assurance to the CSU Tri Team and SHRBP in relation to actions, progress and outcomes. 12. To participate in departmental inputs for the project delivery and procurement processes for any planned software applications. 13. Responsible for the operation of one or more information systems in a department / at service level 14. To deliver the planned projects in time and on budget. 15. To establish and lead project working groups and lead on the delivery of activities for the CSU to support the delivery of the workforce plans. 16. Analysis of complex data to provide reports to demonstrate the progress of the programme of work. 17. To be the lead in planning and co-ordinating meetings across the CSU to support the effective and planned delivery of the workforce plans. 18. To work with partners within the ICS and city wide system to ensure pathway working is a priority to ensure better patient outcomes and a home first approach 19. To work with a wide range of stakeholders to drive the achievement of the Resourcing and Promotion of People Plan project milestones, offering expert advice where required.
