The Role:
We are seeking a Global Admissions Team Leader to manage and deliver a comprehensive support service to agents and partner institutions in relation to the applications they submit on behalf of international and EU students; to include systems development, problem solving and academic offer responsibility.
The post holder will monitor, advise and support the admissions processes in satellite offices in SEAO, India, Nigeria, Pakistan, Bangladesh and China.
The post holder will provide statistical International and EU recruitment information; monitoring progress for the purposes of service standards and achieving University targets.
The role will also coordinate agent communications, assist with conversion campaigns and devise training materials in conjunction with the UoP Global Marketing and Recruitment teams.
The successful candidate will be expected to be on campus full time whilst their initial induction training is delivered. Hybrid working (2 days per week from home) may be available and can be discussed
at interview.
This is a fixed term contract to 15 March 2026 (or earlier return of substantive post holder) to cover a period of maternity leave.
