Are you a seasoned sales expert with a passion for building strong client relationships?

We're seeking a dynamic Logistics Sales Specialist to join our client's team and drive growth. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with SME freight forwarding companies and shippers, providing tailored logistics solutions, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Logistics Expertise: Leverage your knowledge of shipping routes, particularly Far East-Europe, Europe-Far East, intra-Europe, and Europe-Americas, to provide expert solutions for import and export.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide timely and efficient customer support, resolving issues promptly and proactively.
  • Market Engagement: Participate in industry events and marketing initiatives to enhance our brand reputation and attract new clients.


Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in the shipping industry.
  • Industry Network: A strong network within the shipping industry, particularly with major retailers, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
  • Logistics Knowledge: In-depth understanding of container import and export processes.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with TMS systems and strong MS Office skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
