Summary

3552 Business Sales Executive.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Sales Executive to join our growing team. This pivotal role involves building and nurturing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored products and service solutions. You will be a key player in driving new business development, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to successful project completion, and acting as a trusted advisor to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

New Business Development: Actively identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within target markets across the UK, employing various lead generation techniques (e.g., cold calling, networking, digital outreach).
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their evolving business objectives and challenges.
Needs Assessment & Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their project objectives, discuss various media and technology options, and propose innovative and effective solutions.
Project Scoping & Planning: Establish clear project timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with clients, ensuring realistic expectations.
Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on previous projects, market trends, and competitor offerings, performing detailed cost comparisons to inform decision-making and enhance proposals.
Proposal & Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, sketches, scale drawings, and mock-ups for client review, effectively communicating complex ideas.
Feedback Integration: Proactively solicit and incorporate client feedback throughout the sales and project scoping phases to ensure alignment and client satisfaction.
Specification & Instruction: Prepare detailed specifications and clear instructions for project realisation, ensuring all requirements are accurately documented.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal production teams (e.g., graphic designers, technical specialists, project managers) to ensure proposed solutions are viable, graphic design aligns with overall objectives, and seamless project execution.
Project Oversight: Oversee the creation of the final product, acting as the client's internal advocate to ensure successful project completion and delivery that meets or exceeds expectations.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing significantly to company growth.
