Summary

Position: Residential Sales Negotiator

Location: Tiverton

Salary: salary discussed upon application

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm

1 in 3 Saturdays 8.45am to 1.00pm

Acorn by Synergie is actively seeking a Sales Negotiator to join a well-established estate agency for their Tiverton branch.

Role overview:
You will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring a seamless experience from property viewings to negotiations.
You will need to have a full driving license and your own car to attend viewing appointments.

Key responsibilities:
* Marketing and promoting new and existing properties.
* Registering new buyers
* Booking market valuations for senior negotiators to attend
* Booking viewings
* Matching buyers' criteria to properties, keeping in contact with them to update their status and making them aware of new properties to market.
* Conduct viewings
* Giving feedback to vendors.
* Assisting with the progression of the sale .


Experience required:
* Previous experience in a similar role preferable.
* Full UK driving license
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
* Experience in valuing would be desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
