We have a fabulous opportunity to join our practice in our Charter Vets practice in Newcastle-under-Lyme as Head Nurse. This is a fabulous opportunity to join the experienced team where our aim is to treat our patients as though they were our own animals and to treat our clients in the way we would wish to be dealt with ourselves.
• Salary level depends on skills and experience (ideally a Clinical Coach with previous line management experience)
• 30 days holiday pa (including Bank Holidays) opportunity to buy or sell extra days
• Healthshield benefits (money back towards general wellbeing costs)
• Fun social events
• CPD 3 days / £600 pa plus potential for extra qualifications
• Clinical Coaching
• No OOH cover
• This is a full-time role working an average of 39 hours a week on a rota between 8:30 am to 6:30 pm including 1:4 Saturdays 8.30 am to 1 pm.
The Head Nurse role requires someone comfortable with their clinical and consulting skills. The Head Nurse will lead the nursing team and support the Clinical Director with the day to day operation of the practice.
