Exeter College is continuing to lead the way with digital technologies and we are searching for a Digital Skills Trainer who has a passion for all things digital and an independent approach to making things happen and a desire to support our wonderful staff.
What you’ll be doing
Design, implement and evaluate digital training programmes for teaching and support staff
Upskill and reskill staff members in relation to digital skills
Liaise with external organisations so that Exeter College’s approach is the best that it can be
A cross-college role making an impact across curriculum areas
Opportunities to build design skills and help run our cross-college digital signage
You’ll need to be great at
Core digital skills with a desire for further training
Delivering excellent customer service
Keeping up-to-date with new and emerging digital technologies, including AI
Influencing, inspiring and motivating others
Working flexibly, both independently and part of a professional team
Being positive and self-motivated
