I'm looking for someone who is Caring to help support me in my daily life, having fun and achieving new life goals.Are you that person - if so apply now come and join my team.!I am looking to add to my existing support team, I am looking for an outgoing friendly person who likes to have fun to join my team part time.This is an amazing opportunity to work with a young male with cerebral palsy enabling him in leading a fulfilling and enjoyable independent life."I am a fun and outgoing young lad, I am 29 years old and live just outside of Ponteland, I live independently and enjoy living life to the full."I am a wheelchair user with Cerebral Palsy and I use a communication device as I am non-verbal.I enjoy live sports and concerts, having a drink, going in the gym, meeting my friends, meeting new people and having a laugh.Hours range between 80-100 hours per 4 week period

  • £13.50 per hour
  • Rota to be provided 2+ weeks in advance
  • Sleeps may be required when you have gained experience these are paid at the national minimum wage of £11.44 per hour. Going to £12.21 from 1/4/25, these are not waking nights
  • Cover sickness and holidays if possible - additional hours often available
You may also be required to spend time away from the home travelling within the UK and abroad.28 days holiday pro rataFull training will be provided, references essentialApplicant must be a confident driver with a clean driving license because I use a large accessible car to get around.The job will include personal care, cooking, housework, assisting with bookings and appointments and driving me to and from activities. I also travel away from home for weekends so you must be okay with this.Applicant must be fun, sociable and motivated...but most importantly, able to have a laugh!Previous experience preferable and must be flexibleI look forward to hearing from you
