Corporate Administrator / PA | North West London | Predominantly office-based although hybrid working can be considered | Part Time or Full Time, with a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday | £27,000 - £34,000 per annum

Our well-established client is looking for a highly organised and tech-savvy Corporate Administrator / PA to join their team. As a key member of the front-of-house team, you will provide crucial support to the senior team while being the first point of contact for their UK and international clients. This role offers a great opportunity to play a pivotal part in maintaining corporate statutory affairs and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the business.

Are you the right person for the job?

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven PA and secretarial skills, with accuracy in typing and document comprehension
• Strong proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Office
• Understanding or interest in company statutory requirements
• Experience with client engagement processes and billing practices
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and conscientious with a strong work ethic
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus
• Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role within an accountancy or law firm is preferred

What will your role look like?

• Manage reception duties, handling phone calls, and welcoming clients (both UK and international)
• Assist with client on-boarding, manage Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements, and maintain the client database
• Provide company secretarial support, including maintaining corporate records, incorporations, and shareholder management
• Handle document management, mail distribution, and digitization processes
• Process purchase invoices and manage payments
• Identify and implement process improvements in office operations and technology
