Crynodeb
ATB Civil Engineering are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, based out of our head office in Clay Cross, Chesterfield.
The main roles and responsibilities are to include but not limited to:
- Minimum 5 years experience within Groundworks/ Civil Engineering
- Ability to work independently overseeing multiple projects.
- Prepare and submit month end valuations
- Pricing and agreeing site specific valuations
- Reconcile monthly payments
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Produce monthly cost reports
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
The ideal candidate will be required to hold the following:
- HNC or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Full driving license
