About the role

Are you an experienced Bid Manager with a passion for winning new business and service provisions? We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our team, playing an integral role in our competitive tendering process through both leadership and contribution of tender submissions and client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • To produce compelling bids that are well researched, technically accurate and promote idverde's unique selling points.
  • Read and interpret tender documents whilst fully understanding the requirements.
  • Complete a tender checklist whilst leading a project circulating it to the project and leadership team.
  • To work closely with the complex bidding team providing a regular presence in the Coventry Office.
  • Creating and maintaining relationships at all levels and regions across idverde for specific tendering processes and to enhance the opportunity to develop the business further.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in developing high quality proposals and tender submissions for services.
  • Proven experience of bidding for contracts across both public and private sectors.
  • The ability to work within a fast-paced business environment capable of creating and presenting compelling service proposals.
  • Prior experience of managing complex tenders and bid/proposal construction.
  • The ability to research and analyse projects identifying opportunities for a competitive edge.
