Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) Practice Leader

5+ years experience in a statutory social worker role is required

Full Time: 35 hours per week

Salary: £51093 - £54129 per annum

The MASH Team is a fast paced and busy team which offers swift responses to referrals received from professionals, anonymous callers, and members of the public to ensure that children and families receive the right interventions at the right time.

The team is seeking an experienced, dynamic and dedicated leader who is committed to driving improved services forward, and deliver positive outcomes for our children, young people, and families in partnership with internal and external agencies in Greenwich.

You must be keen to contribute a service of excellence to our children in Greenwich.

RBG MASH provides an effective integrated front door to both safeguarding and early intervention services. The team currently has an Early Help Hub to ensure appropriate level of early intervention is offered timely to each family requesting an early help service.

In the team, we promote RBG's Practice Framework (systemic and compassionate based theory and non-discriminatory relational practice).

We provide excellent training opportunities, provide good management support, regular supervision and we are serious about social work careers.
