Job Description

SRG are looking for a business analyst to join a leading aerospace manufacturing company based in Broughton. As a Business Analyst, you will be working as part of a Multi-Functional Team to translate the business needs into IT requirements and proactively identify opportunities for business transformation or improvement enabled by technology.

You will develop a solid understanding of the customer's existing business and business processes ideally end-to-end, the key drivers and measures of success for the business, and the short- and long-term direction of the business and related technologies.

You will have to ensure continuity of service to minimize interruption to the operational business. You will be responsible with the team to secure the long-term performance, stability and scalability of IT products, driving adoption of best practices, and developing new solutions to emerging problems.

Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the complex business requirements and operational objectives of the customer, with recommendations on automation.

  • Define and develop the specification documents and conduct their review with stakeholders and Product team members.
  • Liaise with the Product Management teams and technical resources during product development.
  • Ensure services are delivered in accordance with agreed customer requirements.
  • Provide support to the Customers as a subject matter expert, conduct interface monitoring,
  • Missing parts demand analysis, production issue resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Support the deployment of the in-house Unified ERP in the UK plant

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience using SAP
  • Understanding of manufacturing engineering processes
  • Product/Service Planning and Delivery
  • Experience with IT Product Design & Product Development
  • IT/Business Change Management
  • Partners & Subcontractors Management
  • Be a good team Player and collaboration
  • Have good communication & active listening skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to manage a project from beginning to end
