About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and confident Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to support our marketing and business development activities. This is a hands-on, part-time role with a strong focus on marketing, outbound lead generation, telephone-based outreach, and social media engagement, particularly LinkedIn.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager, assisting with day-to-day marketing tasks while helping nurture and convert leads through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients and partners
• Manage and nurture leads through phone, LinkedIn, email, and other social media platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including infographics, flyers, and digital assets
• Support LinkedIn activity, including content engagement and campaign management
• Provide general administrative and marketing support to the Marketing Manager
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, leads, and communications
Required Skills & Experience
• Excellent telephony skills with confidence speaking to new contacts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using LinkedIn and social media for business purposes
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and working independently
• Marketing knowledge and willingness to learn
Desirable (Nice to Have)
• Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Management
• Event organisation or coordination experience
• Familiarity with CRM systems or lead-tracking tools
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
